    Are you at a transition stage in your life? Are you looking for rejuvenated energy towards adjusting through this stage? In this retreat, we focus on establishing a clear path forward while honoring and acknowledging the stages we have been in. It’s a lovely day of developing invigorated energy.

    In this retreat, we focus on learning new tools to embrace ourselves with loving kindness. We develop a new relationship with yourself that will help you create a higher quality of life by being your own best friend. By showing up authentically, we radically change our reality and allow ourselves to heal and grow.

    In this retreat we highlight the joys and wonders of our body. Through somatic awareness and mindfulness practices we create more compassionate presence in our bodies. We leave more embracing of all that we are with a path forward to continue the journey.

    During this retreat, we emphasize mindfulness practices that bring more calm and and inner peace. We address the mind, body, and spirit in our efforts to bring more mindful attention to our present moment experience. We enliven our energies to move forward with presence and power.

  • Somatic Awareness

    This workshop uses varying somatic practices to develop your awareness of your body and your ability to heal it. The more attention we pay to it, the more we are able to work with what we have to grow forward. We use Somatic Activated Healing, engaging the art of movement, meditation, mantra, and breathe, to drive us into new relationships with our body.

  • Making Change Happen

    This retreat helps you address changes you want to make and supports you in developing a plan of approach for getting where you want to go. A plethora of tools will be taught for you to apply to ongoing changes you want to make. You will leave with a renewed sense of empowered direction and purpose and intention.

  • Creating Pockets of Joy in Your Life

    Learning to live with intention and in alignment with your values creates space for joy to flourish. In this retreat, we focus on setting the stage for joy to happen, how we can do it and what we need to do to get there. Experiential practices help us create a foundation for joy.

  • Assertiveness Training

    In this retreat, we focus on finding our inner voice and sharing our truth. We focus on expressing ourselves in ways we can best be heard, speaking from a heart-centered, empowered place of compassion and concern, while advocating for ourselves.
